"Hib is Back on the List!
Immunizations for Preschool and Child Care:
DTaP
Polio
MMR
Varicella (chickenpox)
Hepatitis B
Hepatitis A
Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type B)
The vaccine shortage is over and Hib is again required for any children attending your program that are younger than five years of age.
You may have children who have not received their last does of Hib. Now is a great time to encourage pareents to obtain the vaccine for their child.
Children incomplete for Hib will be excluded February 2011 if they do not receive the necessary dose (s). "
You will recieve an immunization form provided to us by the state with the orientation packet soon.
